Nutrition That Works With Your Body
Understanding the Root Causes Behind Your Nutrition Needs
Many people come to Aspire Wellness feeling frustrated with nutrition advice that hasn’t worked for them. They may have tried restrictive diets, followed conflicting recommendations online, or been told their labs are “normal” despite ongoing symptoms.
Functional Nutrition takes a different approach.
Instead of generic diet plans, we look at how your metabolism, hormones, gut health, stress response, and nutrient status interact — and how strategic nutrition can support healing.
Our goal is not short-term restriction, but helping you understand what your body needs to function well.
Our Approach to Care
At Aspire Wellness, nutrition is never one-size-fits-all.
Your plan is developed using a combination of:
- Comprehensive health history
- Laboratory findings
- Body composition analysis
- Metabolic and inflammatory markers
- Lifestyle and stress factors
This allows us to create a nutrition strategy tailored to your physiology rather than relying on generalized diet trends.
You’ll complete your intake paperwork and record your nutrition intake for three days prior to your first appointment. This gives us valuable insight into your current habits and metabolic patterns.
You’ll meet with our Registered Dietitian for a comprehensive review of your health history, lifestyle factors, and nutrition patterns. From there, you’ll receive a personalized nutrition plan tailored to your needs and goals.
Follow-up visits typically occur every 1–4 weeks depending on the level of guidance you prefer and any testing or plan adjustments needed. These visits allow us to monitor progress, review results, and refine your strategy as your body responds
